Communication Skills encompass the Development of appropriate use of Speech or Language to Communicate . Child with Autism Spectrum Disorder have difficulty in many Aspects of Communication . Normal children use Verbal as well as Non verbal communication. The non verbal communication means Pitch, touch , Facial expression , Gestures etc. In children the difficulty in communicating with others, is often mistaken as a problem of Language and Speech. This need not always be the case but it may be Autism Spectrum Disorder.
