INTREPRETATION OF ABLB:-
b) CompleteRecruitment :- Recruitment is said to be complete when there is equal loudness at equal intensities or equal hearing levels (+- 10dB ). In complete recruitment for equal loudness level in the two ears , the difference in the hearing level in between the better ear and poor ear diminish very rapidly with increase in intensity and at a level this diffrence become zero . here also ana allowance of +- 10dB is acceptable.
It may be mentioned here that in some ears the loudness grows so rapidly , that a tone may be louder in the poor ear , than it is in the better ear, at the same hearing level . This phenomenon is called Hyperrecruitment .
