OTOSCLEROSIS-it is a common hereditary disease of localized bone derived from the otic capsule. The normal laminar bone is removed by osteoclasts and replaced by unorganized bone of greater thickness, Vascularity and Cellularity (spongy interwoven Cancellous bone).
