Papilloma usually found equally in both genders of childrens usually appears the gae of 2 and 4 years .The lesion affect the mass and stiffness of the cover and body of vocal fold resulting in severe DYSPHONIA .Papilloma are known to spread within the upper airway , involving the Larynx, Trachea , Bronchus , leading compromised respiration and occasionally death.
