PROCEDURE OF TONE DECAY TEST:
FOURTH METHOD: The procedure is similar to the Carhart's method the only difference is that the test is completed at the end of 60secs. Tone at threshold is presented to the test ear and whatever the patient stops hearing the tone the sound is increased by 5dB till intensity of the test sound and the hearing threshold level is the amount of tone decay by Rosenberg's method.
