Difference between speech delay and Autism?
:- Being a professional, हम आपको autism और speech delay में जो अंतर है उसको clear करना चाहते है । कुछ milestone से आपको ये clear हो जायेगा की बच्चे को असल में autism treatment की जरूरत है या फिर उसको speech delay issues है।
First of all... अगर speech delayed की बात करे तो 12 महीने का बच्चा Pointing या फिर Gestures के साथ अपनी basic communication शुरू करते है। अगर बच्चे को कुछ need होगी तो वो point करेगा।
Second 18 महीने का बच्चा 20, 30 शब्दो को बोलेगा जिसमे:- Nouns, Adjectives and phrases भी होंगे।
3rd one is 2 साल का बच्चा phrases इस्तेमाल करेगा और
Finally 3 साल का बच्चा sentence making शुरू कर देगा। जिसमे :- Interrogatives Questions भी होंगे। जैसे - "Who, Where, What, "।
Autism child में speech delayed milestone के साथ साथ और भी milestone Missing होंगे। जैसे :-
No Pointing
No Eye contact
No Name response
No Social smile
No Repetitive pattern
No communication
