There are many reasons for tinnitus.This is a problem anywhere in the three parts of the Ear ( outer ear, middle ear, inner ear).
Outer ear- Accumulation of wax, any problem of outer ear.
Middle ear-perforation of ear drum..
- fixation of stapes
- pus in the ear
- eustachian tube dysfunction.
Inner Ear-the nerves in inner ear.The nerves becomes weak.Due to all these arises the TINNITUS.
The most important reason for having tinnitus is that the inner ear part is called cochlear nerves.The nerve inside it has hair cells ( inner and outer hair cells). They gets damaged.we can say that the degenerate has gone up.The reason being the degeneration of nerve is what died.They(hair cells) are crying.Death means that the ear nerve has become weak.crying means that they are making a sound on their own.
