Why is it wrong to give medicine to an autistic child?

If we talk about autism, I want to tell you that it is not a disease. This is a "developmental disorder". When do we give medicine to children, when the child falls ill?
 But here we are talking about autism. Autism is such a term that no medicine has been made to treat it.
Parents come to us to get their child assessed and tell us that the doctor has prescribed some medicine to reduce their child\\'s hyperactivity. But we advise parents not to give medicine to their children because medicine can have negative effects on their child\\'s brain.

2)When the child is given medicine continuously daily, the child remains restless the whole day. The child is not active, he is not able to concentrate properly on any activity. 
 Now I will tell you that if it is not right to give medicine to the child, then how can we see improvement in autism?
 There is only one way to treat autism, it is "therapy"
